Step Four
Build Package
Once planning is complete, the Build Package gives your local team the construction documentation needed to move toward permitting and pricing.
- Detailed construction drawings based on your selected Dwelly plan
- Supporting documentation for your local building department and project team
- A Project Information Sheet to adapt the plans to your specific property
- A kickoff meeting with your contractor before construction begins
Every property and jurisdiction is different. If your local building department requires additional modifications beyond the standard Build Package, Dwelly can provide custom plan revisions and consulting on an hourly basis.

Step Five
Permitting & Construction
With the right plan and package in place, the final preparation is about coordination: permits, contractors, kickoff, and construction support.
