Mission

We empower homeowners in New England to build sustainable, high-performance Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) that are affordable, environmentally responsible, and easy to implement. By simplifying the design and permitting process, we help individuals create lasting value for their families and communities.


Commitment

A percentage of our proceeds goes towards the Block Island Housing Initiative to help provide affordable housing for long time islanders being continually displaced by rising housing costs with limited availability. Help us preserve Rhode Island’s last Great Places.
